How do I enter the shopping cart?
From the introduction page click the 'Enter Mod Shop' button. This will take you to the home page of the shop.
Where does the 'Home' button go?
This takes you to the home page of the shop.
What does the search button do?
The search button takes you to a page where you can search the site for products by keywork, category, or subcategory. Just enter one to ten keywords, choose one or more category, and/or select a subcategory and hit the small search button. This will bring up all of our products that match your search request.
What will display when I click the shop button?
The shop button takes you to a page that displays all of the categories of products. The name of each category is above a picture of a product in that category. There are some categories with subcategories. If so, under the category name there is a 'Products' link to a page that displays all of the products in the category and a 'Subcategories' link that brings up all of the subcateogies. From here you can choose a specific subcategory to look at.
What does the 'View' button do?
The view button lets you view all of the items in your shopping cart. If there are none, it will say so.
What does the 'Empty' button do?
This empties all of the items from your shopping cart and takes you to the introduction page.
Where does the 'Checkout' button go?
The checkout button takes you to a screen to enter your customer information and proceed with buying the items in your shopping cart.
Where does the 'Service' button take me?
The service button takes you to the customer service page. From here you can login, review previous orders, change address details, customer registration, join our mailing list, and contact us. (There are more details about account setup in following quesitons.)
Where does the 'FAQ' button go?
This brings you to this Frequently Asked Questions page.
Where does the 'Buy' button take me?
It displays the contents of your shopping cart. If you would like to continue shopping from here, click the 'Continue Shopping' button. If you would like to checkout, click the 'Checkout' button. If you would like to remove an item from your cart or change the quantity ordered, check the remove box to the left of the item description or change the quantity in the Quantity column and click the 'Recalculate' button. This will remove the item and update the quantity ordered and total cost.
How do I login to my customer account?
When you are ready to checkout, click the checkout button and at the top of the screen enter your last name and e-mail address and click the 'Login' button. Or you can go to the customer service section and select 'Login' from the menu. You will need to enter your last name and e-mail address and the continue button to login.
How do I login if I don't have an account?
You will need to create an account. This is easy. Go to checkout and click the 'Start as new user' link at the bottom of the page below the continue button. Enter your first and last names, address, city, state, zip code, phone, e-mail, and shipping method into the fields provided and click the continue button. Your new user account has been created and you are logged in.
What information can I view from my user account?
In the customer service section, you have access to review previous orders, change address details, and join our mailing list.
